The Diplomático Distillery Collection N° 1 BATCH KETTLE Rum is an outstanding premium rum from Venezuela, which delights with an alcohol content of 47 % vol. This exclusive spirit is produced using the traditional ‘batch kettle still’ method, which originated in Canada and was primarily used for whisky production. Sugarcane honey is used in the process, giving this rum a particularly sweet and complex base. The spirit is matured in American white oak casks that previously held bourbon and Scotch. This unique maturation process results in an exceptional aroma and a distinctive flavour, making the Diplomático Distillery Collection N° 1 a true delight.

The rum has a medium-bodied profile and unfolds a complex array of aromas, ranging from caramelised sugarcane notes through subtle spices to oak. The careful selection of casks and the refined distillation process lend this rum a special depth and sophistication. The 0.7-litre bottle is perfect for discerning rum lovers and makes a superb gift for connoisseurs seeking a distinctive taste experience.
