Ron Izalco embarks on a journey into the mystical volcanic landscape of Central America, also known as the "Lighthouse of the Pacific."

The eponymous Izalco volcano is 1,950 m high and last erupted in 1966. Due to its molten legacy and Central America's tropical climate, there is now mineral-rich black soil that yields lush sugarcane fields.

This perfect recipe from Mother Nature, combined with the blessing of the Mayan gods, forms the cornerstone of Ron Izalco's production.

This blend matures for a decade in ex-bourbon casks and is bottled at a balanced 43% Vol.
