The Dingle Distillery is located in the picturesque coastal town of Dingle on the Dingle Peninsula in southwest Ireland. The distillery was founded in 2012 by three visionary entrepreneurs, Oliver Hughes, Liam LaHart, and Peter Mosley, who are part of the "Irish Whiskey Renaissance" movement. It is one of the first independent distilleries to be built in Ireland in centuries and specializes in producing handcrafted premium whiskeys.

The highly anticipated release of the Dingle Distillery's Core Single Malt marks a significant milestone and will be a permanent part of the core range. This single malt, the result of years of meticulous development, combines malt whiskeys matured in a refined balance of ex-Bourbon and PX Sherry casks – 39% in Bourbon and 61% in PX Sherry casks.

Bottled at an alcohol content of 46.3% ABV and without chill filtration, the Dingle Core Single Malt retains its full range of aromas and texture. Particularly fascinating is how the different casks come to the forefront at various points in the tasting process, lending the whiskey a multi-layered flavor dimension.
