The history of Appleton Estate Jamaica Rum began over 270 years ago in a unique, mystical place known as Nassau Valley. This place is characterized by a rare karst landscape with conical limestone formations, caves, and underground water sources. The special terrain acts as a natural filter for the rain, producing crystal-clear water and giving the sugarcane plants in this valley region a unique flavor profile.

Appleton Reserve Blend is distilled from molasses and matured for at least 8 years in selected oak barrels. The sugarcane used for production is grown by the distillery itself.
