In the late 19th century, during the heyday of the Commonwealth, the English spread the reputation of this gin around the world, making it an international symbol of British distillation artistry. With the rise of cocktail culture in the 1920s, gin experienced new popularity – and Finsbury became the epitome of the English "way of life."

Finsbury Wild Strawberry Gin brings fruity freshness to the classic Finsbury Distillery range and marks the first flavored gin from the traditional London distillery. Based on the legendary Finsbury London Dry Gin, this creation combines the flavors of wild strawberries and red fruits with the classic botanicals of the house.

The foundation of the Wild Strawberry Gin is the ten-times distilled Finsbury London Dry Gin, which consists of juniper, citrus peels, and cinnamon bark, as well as other carefully selected ingredients. Produced according to a secret recipe from 1740, the botanicals are macerated in the finest alcohol and distilled in copper pot stills. Production takes place in small batches, with only the best distillates being used for the final bottling to ensure consistently high quality.
