The Antica Distilleria Domenico Sibona is located in the Roero region in the municipality of Piobesì d'Alba, a few kilometers from Alba.

What's special about Grappa Sibona is that it holds a special distillation license, No. 1 from the UTF.

The Grappa Piemontese di Barbera is made from Barbera pomace from freshly harvested grapes, selected by Sibona during the harvest.

Distillation takes place entirely in-house in copper pot stills, followed by a long maturation period in stainless steel tanks, which in turn is concluded by aging in oak barrels.
