The Antica Distilleria Domenico Sibona is located in the Roero region in the municipality of Piobesì d'Alba, a few kilometers from Alba.

What makes Grappa Sibona special is that it holds a unique distillation license, number 1 from UTF.

Grappa Piemontese di Nebbiolo is made from Nebbiolo pomace from Langhe and Roero, from freshly picked grapes selected by Sibona during the harvest.

Distillation takes place entirely in-house in copper pot stills, aging occurs for a long period in stainless steel tanks, which is then concluded by maturation in oak barrels.
