The Antica Distilleria Domenico Sibona is located in the Roero area in the municipality of Piobesì d'Alba, a few kilometers from Alba.
What is special about Grappa Sibona is that it holds a unique distillation license, UTF No. 1.
The Grappa Piemontese di Nebbiolo is made from Nebbiolo pomace from Langhe and Roero, from freshly harvested grapes selected by Sibona during the harvest.
Distillation takes place entirely in-house in copper pot stills, followed by a long maturation period in stainless steel tanks, which is then completed by aging in oak barrels.
