Antica Distilleria Domenico Sibona is located in the Roero area in the municipality of Piobesì d'Alba, a few kilometers from Alba.

What makes Grappa Sibona special is that it holds a unique distillation license, No. 1 from the UTF.

Pomace from freshly picked grapes (predominantly from the Dolcetto, Barbera, Nebbiolo varieties), selected by Sibona during the harvest, is used.

Distillation takes place entirely in-house in copper pot stills, and aging occurs for a long period in stainless steel tanks. This grappa is perfected by an initial 2-year maturation in medium-sized traditional oak barrels, followed by another 2 years in rum barrels.

Storage in rum barrels was innovatively tested by Sibona and leads to high-quality results.
