The Antica Distilleria Domenico Sibona is located in the Roero region in the municipality of Piobesì d'Alba, a few kilometers from Alba.

What makes Grappa Sibona special is that it holds a unique distillation license, UTF No. 1.

An Extra Old Blend of pomace from Barolo, Barbaresco, Nebbiolo, and Barbera grapes, selected by Sibona during harvest, is used.

Distillation is carried out entirely in-house in copper pot stills, and maturation takes place for a long period in stainless steel tanks. This grappa is finished with over 6 years of aging in French oak tonneau barrels.
