The Antica Distilleria Domenico Sibona is located in the Roero region in the municipality of Piobesì d'Alba, a few kilometers from Alba.

What makes Grappa Sibona special is that it holds a unique distillation license, UTF No. 1.

Nebbiolo pomace from freshly harvested grapes, selected by Sibona during the harvest, is used.

The distillation takes place entirely in-house in copper pot stills, and the maturation occurs for a long period in stainless steel tanks. This grappa is perfected by an initial 2-year aging period in medium-sized classical oak barrels, followed by another 6 months in Port wine barrels.

The storage in Port wine barrels was innovatively tested by Sibona and leads to high-quality results.
