Antica Distilleria Domenico Sibona is located in the Roero region in the municipality of Piobesì d'Alba, a few kilometers from Alba.

What is special about Grappa Sibona is that it holds a special distillation license, No. 1 of the UTF.

A noble Barolo grappa that matures for 15 years in fine oak barrels and is limited to a small number of numbered bottles.

A true collector's item.

The Grappa Piemontese is made from Barbera pomace from freshly selected grapes, which are chosen by Sibona during the harvest.

Distillation takes place entirely in-house in copper stills, and maturation occurs for a long period in stainless steel tanks. A very long aging process, first in medium-sized, then in smaller oak barrels, completes this grappa.
