Since 1635, when Andrea Bottega began cultivating grapevines in the hills near Refrontolo, the Bottega family has steadily evolved. After working their own land, Aldo Bottega revolutionized grappa production by introducing the first single-varietal grappa. The Distilleria Bottega, which he founded in 1977, is now located in a renovated 17th-century farmhouse in Bibano di Godega di Sant’Urbano, surrounded by 10 hectares of vineyards.

Sicilian lemon peels are steeped in alcohol, and through a slow extraction process, the aromatic compounds develop into a natural infusion with an intense lemon flavor. This infusion is then mixed with a sweet, delicate cream, creating a velvety and incredibly smooth liqueur that delights even the most discerning palates.
