Since 1635, when Andrea Bottega began cultivating grapevines in the hills near Refrontolo, the Bottega family has steadily evolved. After working their own land, Aldo Bottega revolutionized grappa production by introducing the first single-varietal grappa. The Distilleria Bottega, which he founded in 1977, is now located in a renovated 17th-century farmhouse in Bibano di Godega di Sant’Urbano, surrounded by 10 hectares of vineyards.

The Bottega ROSSO Vermouth is made from a select choice of Merlot grapes originating from a particularly renowned cultivation area. This vermouth owes its distinctive character to a natural extract based on an original and secret recipe. This recipe includes the harmonious combination of 30 different herbs, flowers, and spices, including absinthe, Ceylon cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, gentian root, marjoram, nutmeg, and radicchio.
