Since 1635, when Andrea Bottega began cultivating grapevines in the hills near Refrontolo, the Bottega family has steadily evolved. After farming their own land, Aldo Bottega revolutionized grappa production by introducing the first single-varietal grappa. The Distilleria Bottega, which he founded in 1977, is now located in a renovated 17th-century farmhouse in Bibano di Godega di Sant’Urbano, surrounded by 10 hectares of vineyards.

The intensely red raspberries, which captivate with their sweet taste and a slightly tart note, are macerated in water and alcohol for several days. The subsequent distillation produces a completely natural extract, rich in the typical aromas of these fragrant berries.

The addition of milk cream gives the liqueur a pleasantly soft texture that caresses the palate and emphasizes the fine, delicate taste of the berries. A final hint of grappa gives Himbeer Bottega a special aromatic quality that makes it unique and unmistakable.
