The Antica Distilleria Domenico Sibona is located in the Roero region in the municipality of Piobesì d'Alba, a few kilometers from Alba.
What makes Grappa Sibona special is that it holds a unique distillation license, UTF No. 1.
Grappa Piemontese di Moscato is made from Moscato pomace from freshly picked grapes, selected by Sibona during the harvest.
Distillation takes place entirely in-house in copper pot stills, aging occurs for a long period in stainless steel tanks, which is then completed by maturation in oak barrels.
