The Berta Elisi per l'Ambiente Grappa is produced using the traditional discontinuous distillation method in copper pot stills with steam heating. Subsequently, this aged Grappa from Piedmont matures for about three years in wooden barrels, developing its harmonious structure and fine barrel notes. This aging gives the Grappa Invecchiata a balanced blend of fruit, mild spice, and elegant woody notes.
