The history of L'Aperitivo Nonino began in 1928 when Silvia and Antonio Nonino experimented with various ingredients to create a unique aperitif. In 2018, the original recipe was further developed by the granddaughters Cristina, Antonella, and Elisabetta Nonino, leading to the current form of L'Aperitivo. This drink is produced with the utmost care, with all botanicals – including herbs, blossoms, fruits, berries, and roots – being dried at low temperatures to preserve their natural intensity in aroma, taste, and color. The addition of the grape distillate highlights the fruity notes and ensures a gentle, balanced harmony in taste.
