Antica Sambuca Classic is a refined anise liqueur with an alcohol content of 38% Vol., combining the traditional art of Sambuca production with innovative touches. Produced in the Rossi d'Asiago distillery in Veneto, Italy, the company was founded in 1968 by the visionary chemist Giovan Battista Rossi.

In 2001, Rossi modernized the recipe and launched Antica Sambuca Classic in a new form. The reinterpreted anise liqueur is based on a natural distillate, enriched with anise and a careful selection of 15 spices and herbs, giving it its distinctive flavor.
