Since 1635, when Andrea Bottega began cultivating vines in the hills near Refrontolo, the Bottega family has steadily developed. After farming their own land, Aldo Bottega revolutionized grappa production by introducing the first single-varietal grappa. The Distilleria Bottega, which he founded in 1977, is now located in a renovated 17th-century farmhouse in Bibano di Godega di Sant'Urbano, surrounded by 10 hectares of vineyards.

Bottega Stella is a Brut sparkling wine that gets its elegance and liveliness from the use of the exquisite Glera, Chardonnay, and Pinot Nero grape varieties. The grapes are carefully harvested between late August and early September, with the Pinot Nero grapes growing in the southernmost region of Lombardy, where gentle hills and favorable thermal conditions provide ideal prerequisites. The Glera and Chardonnay grapes, on the other hand, thrive in the optimal areas of Veneto, characterized by a moderate climate, advantageous location, and calcareous-clay soils.

The deep blue background of the bottle, which emphasizes the stars, is illuminated by an LED light bulb at the bottom of the bottle, which can be activated by flipping a switch, giving Bottega Stella a special radiance and making it a highlight of any celebration.
