Ron Malecon takes its name from Havana's famous "Malecon" promenade, the capital of Cuba, known for its lively atmosphere and historical significance. The brand was founded by Marco Savio, an Italian rum specialist, whose passion for high-quality rum laid the foundation for Ron Malecon. Ron Malecon is distilled in Panama using the traditional Cuban method from molasses, employing copper column stills.

Rum Malecon has made it its mission to create a consistently high-quality premium rum with a distinctive flavor. The brand places particular emphasis on perfecting every detail of the production process.

The premium range includes rums aged 10, 12, 15, 18, 21, and 25 years. Through careful blending, rums with unique flavor profiles are combined in such a way that the final product is not merely the sum of its parts, but surpasses them in its depth and complexity.

This amber-colored premium rum, produced at the Caribbean Spirits distillery in Panama, follows traditional Cuban rum production methods. It matures for at least 12 years in ex-Bourbon casks, which gives it its particular smoothness, aromatic complexity, and harmonious balance.
