The Macallan is launching a new range, opening with the Harmony Collection featuring The Macallan Rich Cacao. This single malt is characterized by rich chocolate aromas, with Macallan deliberately focusing on sustainability.

The packaging, made from cocoa pod husks, would otherwise go unused and is 100% recyclable. Macallan was inspired by Jordi Roca i Fontané, a pastry chef from Spain who gained worldwide recognition for his desserts and runs a restaurant in Girona, Spain, with his two brothers. In 2014, Jordi Roca was named "World's Best Pastry Chef."

The single malt, which matures in European and American sherry casks until bottling, offers a unique taste experience.
