The Schlumberger CUVÉE 1842 Reserve Brut 2015 is a grand Austrian quality sparkling wine that stands for uncompromising craftsmanship, exceptional maturity, and the highest precision. The Cuvée consists of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, which are harvested exclusively by hand. Whole cluster pressing, as well as fermentation and aging in wooden barrels on fine lees, ensure depth, elegance, and precise balance. The tirage takes place several months after the harvest, after which the sparkling wine ages for at least 50 months on the lees in the bottle. With an alcohol content of 12%, the 2015 vintage presents itself as powerful, yet finely structured and exceptionally complex.
