These noble grapes come from the famous slate-steep slopes of the Saarburger Rausch, one of the largest vineyards in the Saar region. Here, in the heart of the Mosel region, Riesling grows in a unique terroir that gives the grapes a special freshness and minerality.

After harvesting, this vermouth is produced with a careful selection of herbs and flowers from the Saar region, which give the drink a floral and at the same time spicy complexity. The maturation takes place in traditional Mosel Fuder barrels, which range in size from 1,000 to 1,800 liters and are made of high-quality oak.
