The Nonino Riserva Antica Cuvée 5 Years Old Cask Strength Grappa is made from pomace of Cabernet, Merlot, and Schioppettino grapes, which are distilled in copper steam stills. After distillation, the grappa matures for 5 to 20 years in barrique barrels, developing a deeper complexity and a unique aroma. The grappa is bottled at cask strength, without added colorants, giving it an untouched purity and a powerful yet balanced intensity.
