Ann-Katrin and Johann Dallmeyer, siblings and founders of NORK, have been on a mission since 2016 to make grain spirits fashionable again. With their close bond and long-standing friendship, they are working to reinterpret this traditional spirit and bring a breath of fresh air to the spirits landscape. The focus is on developing innovative liqueurs that present grain spirits in a modern context and break down the dusty perception of this category.

This homemade liqueur, known as EggNork, was a staple of every Easter celebration and even accompanied the group to music festivals. Now, the recipe for NORK Egg Liqueur has been refined and made available to the public. It is made from organic eggs from hens whose eggs are not suitable for retail due to their size, and come from organic farms in Schleswig-Holstein.

Together with high-quality organic vanilla from Madagascar, the result is a liqueur that can be enjoyed on any occasion.
