The Jawbox Distillery is located on an expansive 16th-century, 120-acre estate just outside Belfast. The historic estate is not only home to the distillery but also to the fields where the grain used to produce Jawbox products is grown and harvested. Distillation takes place in traditional copper pot stills, a process that ensures the purity, depth, and quality of the gin.

This liqueur combines the classic taste of a high-quality gin with the spiciness of ginger and the freshness of rhubarb.
