The Osborne Pedro Ximénez 1827 Sherry is a noble sweet, intensely aromatic dessert wine from the traditional sherry house Osborne, which has been one of the oldest and most respected bodegas in Andalusia since 1772. With an alcohol content of 17% Vol. and its deep dark color, this sherry embodies the essence of the Pedro Ximénez grape variety - sun-dried grapes from which a concentrated, syrupy wine with unmistakable sweetness and complexity is produced.

The name "1827" is a tribute to the year Osborne began working with Pedro Ximénez - a symbol of over 190 years of experience and maturity. The vinification follows a traditional method: the fully ripe grapes are dried on mats in the sun, which significantly increases their sugar content. After pressing, the wine matures in the Solera system in American oak barrels, where it develops its dense texture, aromatic depth, and unique profile over many years.
