Adriatico Roasted Almonds Amaretto is produced through a meticulous process where the almonds are first slowly roasted in the oven for hours. After roasting, maceration takes place, followed by distillation. These carefully coordinated steps give the Amaretto its characteristic, deep almond aroma, distinguishing it from other liqueurs.
