The cuvée is made from more than 100 different wines, with 20–30% reserve wines being used. These carefully selected reserve wines give the Champagne Brut Impérial additional maturity, complexity, and consistently high quality. The assemblage combines the three classic champagne grape varieties in perfect balance. Pinot Noir (30–40%) provides body and structure, Pinot Meunier (30–40%) brings suppleness and fruitiness, while Chardonnay (20–30%) is responsible for finesse, freshness, and elegance. With a dosage of approximately 7 g/l, this French Brut champagne presents itself as dry, harmonious, and balanced.
