This whisky is made exclusively from high-quality, non-GMO Cacahuazintle corn, grown by local farmers and a part of Mexican tradition for centuries.

Through the traditional 4,000-year-old nixtamalization cooking process, the corn is transformed into a unique whisky. It is then double-distilled in copper pot stills and aged in a blend of new and old oak barrels.
