Cantine Scolari was founded in 1929 and is located in the picturesque Valtènesi region, on the western shore of Lake Garda. This area has been prized for centuries for its fertile soil and mild microclimate, which is ideal for cultivating vineyards, olive groves, and lemon orchards.

The Scolari Munià Cuvée Spumante, an outstanding sparkling wine, is produced using white winemaking techniques. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 16°C with selected yeast strains to optimally preserve the aromas. After fermentation is complete, the wine is cooled to -4°C and carefully filtered. Using the isobaric technique, it is then transferred to a second autoclave, which emphasizes its freshness and vibrancy.
