Cantine Scolari was founded in 1929 and is located in the idyllic Valtènesi region on the western shore of Lake Garda. This area, already praised by ancient poets for its fertility and exceptional microclimate, offers ideal conditions for growing grapevines, olive trees, and lemons.

The Scolari Prosecco di Treviso DOC Extra Dry is made exclusively from Glera grapes, which are harvested by hand at the end of September. After gentle pressing, fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to optimally preserve the aromas of the grapes.

The result is a fresh, sparkling Prosecco with fine perlage, balanced acidity, and a slight sweetness. An elegant sparkling wine that is ideal for cozy evenings for two or with friends.
