Master Distiller Billy Walker spends a significant amount of time meticulously inspecting around 50,000 casks in the GlenAllachie distillery warehouses. This demanding task requires not only expertise but also dedication – yet the effort pays off through the excellent results that emerge.

Initially, the whisky matures in American oak casks before Billy Walker imbues it with additional character through a refinement in three carefully selected cask types – Pedro Ximénez Sherry Puncheons, Madeira barriques, and Port Pipes.
