The Dingle Distillery is located in the picturesque coastal town of Dingle on the Dingle Peninsula in southwest Ireland. The distillery was founded in 2012 by three visionary entrepreneurs, Oliver Hughes, Liam LaHart, and Peter Mosley, who are part of the "Irish Whiskey Renaissance" movement. The distillery is one of the first independent distilleries to be built in Ireland in centuries and specializes in the production of handcrafted premium whiskeys.

For DINGLE Original Gin, significant time and resources were invested in research and production to create a gin of unparalleled quality. As a London Dry Gin, it distinguishes itself from other gins through its exceptional ingredients and precise manufacturing process. The botanicals, including rowan berries, fuchsia, bog myrtle, hawthorn, heather, angelica root, and coriander, are macerated for 24 hours to fully develop their aromas. This is followed by a gentle distillation that brings the gin to an impressive 70% alcohol by volume. In the next step, the distillate is diluted with the purest water from the springs beneath the Dingle Distillery to 42.5% alcohol by volume to achieve the ideal drinking strength.

The result is a gin characterized by its complex, multifaceted aromas, capturing the wild nature of Ireland in every bottle.
