For this edition, selected bourbons of varying ages are blended together: The blend includes Kentucky Straight Bourbons aged for 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 years, each contributing its own distinctive characteristics. The more mature components provide intense caramel and vanilla notes, whilst bourbon with a higher rye content adds extra fruitiness and spice. Wheated bourbon, in turn, complements the blend with a softer sweetness and fresh citrus accents. The result is a multi-layered interplay of different bourbon styles within a single bottling.


With a robust 50% alcohol content, the Kentucky Owl St. Patrick’s Edition is intense, structured and, at the same time, harmoniously balanced. Caramel, honey and vanilla form the sweet base, whilst cinnamon, orange and citrus zest provide spice and freshness. Fruity notes and well-integrated oak character lend the blend additional depth.
