Mintis Gin is handcrafted in a family-run distillery in Piedmont. Carlo Vergnano manages the Torino Distillery in Moncalieri with his wife, his daughter, and the help of a few employees.
Maestro Distiller Denis Muni has over 20 years of experience in producing successful spirits.
Mintis Gin is distilled in a custom-made vacuum still for eight hours at 60 degrees. A low temperature is used, which preserves the aromatic and fresh taste.
Each bottle is signed by the Maestro Distiller, guaranteeing the quality of the craftsmanship.
Mintis CLEMENTINE Gin is made with clementines, hand-picked juniper, lemons, and other botanicals from the Piedmont region.
