This Amontillado impressively combines two aging styles: biological aging under flor yeast, typical for Fino, and subsequent oxidative aging, which provides depth, complexity, and nutty aromas. The result is a multi-layered, wonderfully structured sherry with elegance and personality.

Made from 100% Palomino Fino grapes, this Amontillado traditionally matures in a Solera system over many years in old oak barrels. The wine impressively reflects the balance between freshness, maturity, and depth – an authentic representative of the Andalusian sherry tradition, dry, fine, and harmonious.
