The Polz Urbani, a balanced cuvée of equal parts Blaufränkisch and Cabernet Sauvignon, is characterized by its growth on a soil of shell limestone and clay. A 30-month aging period in used barriques gives the wine a distinct depth of flavor. Sealed with a screw cap, the Urbani preserves its quality and can be stored until 2026.
