The Domaine Eyguebelle distillery, located in one of France's most fertile and beautiful fruit-growing regions, has a long history of expansion and innovation. Since its transformation from a factory into a company in 1996, it has borne the name "Eyguebelle", which translates to "Beautiful Water". Over the years, the distillery, along with its spirits brand Aelred, has produced a variety of syrups, liqueurs, and spirits. Collaboration with local producers and the application of authentic distillation techniques are central to preserving quality.

A special product of the distillery is an aperitif, the Aelred Melonade L'Aperitif de L'Artisan, which is made from ripe Cavaillon melons. These melons are grown under optimal soil conditions in the South of France's Provence region, which gives them a particularly intense aroma.
