Ruinart Champagne Brut is primarily made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, with Chardonnay playing a dominant role to give the champagne its elegance, freshness, and fruitiness. Following the traditional Méthode Champenoise, the second fermentation takes place in the bottle, developing the champagne's fine perlage and complex aromas. The champagne matures for at least 3 years on the lees, which gives it additional depth and character.
