Established in 1798, the Highland Park Distillery is one of Scotland's oldest and most renowned whisky distilleries. Located in Kirkwall on the Orkney island of Mainland, it is Scotland's northernmost distillery. Highland Park 11 Years Old Austria Edition is an exquisite single malt, distilled in 2009 and bottled in 2021 after 11 years of maturation. With a powerful alcohol content of 63.6%, this whisky impresses with its multifaceted depth and complexity. It matures in a Refill Hogshead cask (number 4860), which gives the whisky its distinctive and characterful profile.
