Made from 100% Maguey Espadín (Agave Angustifolia), this mezcal is produced using traditional methods. The agave hearts are roasted in underground stone ovens over hot stones, creating the typical smoky aromas. After a slow fermentation with natural yeasts, it is distilled in copper stills to preserve its pure and authentic character. As a Joven (young) mezcal, it goes directly into the bottle without barrel aging, thus retaining the full flavors of the agave and the fine smoky notes unadulterated.
