Amarula Marula Fruit Cream is a South African liqueur characterized by its fruity-creamy taste. With an alcohol content of 17% Vol. and a bottle size of 0.7 liters, it offers a unique taste experience. The liqueur is made from the fruit of the mystical Marula tree, also known as the Elephant Tree, which is found primarily in Africa. The small, oval Marula fruits ripen from mid-January to mid-March, developing their distinctive taste and rich yellow color during this time.

The production of Amarula liqueur begins with the harvesting of the Marula fruits, which are then processed in special machinery. The pulp is separated from the hard kernels by rotating blades, and the resulting fruit mash is pumped into cooled stainless steel tanks. The fermentation of the Marula mash takes place under conditions similar to those of winemaking, at a temperature of 18°C to 20°C. During this process, the natural fruit sugar of the Marula fruit is converted into alcohol. The clear Marula wine obtained in this way is then transferred to the distillery, where the final liqueur is produced.
