Padrecito is made from 100% Blue Weber Agave, harvested young and aged for only 6 years. After harvesting, the carefully selected agave is steamed for 24 hours in the characteristic brick oven and then left to rest for another 12 hours in the residual heat of the oven.

A 72-hour fermentation, followed by a two-week stabilization, completes the intricate process, ensuring the highest quality and exquisite taste.
