Its production follows traditional Port wine methodology, using only the finest Douro varieties. Delaforce works with a small number of classic grape varieties, specifically chosen for their unique character and aromatic depth. The grapes are hand-picked in mid-September and transported to the winery in small trays to fully preserve their quality during transit.
