The Isautier distillery on Reunion Island in the Indian Ocean is known for producing Rhum Agricole from fresh sugarcane juice, produced under French control. Although Rhum Agricole is appreciated worldwide, molasses rum or "Rum Traditionnel" often enjoys a higher reputation. Isautier uses both types of rum not only for classic cocktails but also for the creation of special liqueurs.

A remarkable example is the Isautier Arrange Ginger Lemon Liqueur, which is based on Rhum Agricole and has been available since 2016. Despite its name, which is reminiscent of gin, this liqueur is made from high-quality Isautier Rhum and refined with natural ingredients such as ginger and lemon. Isautier's Arrangé line, which also includes Isautier Arrangé Exotic, stands for creative and uniquely flavored liqueurs that set themselves apart from traditional rum punches.
