The Four Pillars Distillery is located in Healesville, in Victoria's Yarra Valley, about an hour's drive from Melbourne, and was founded in 2013 by three friends.
To make Bloody Shiraz Gin, Shiraz grapes are steeped in Rare Dry Gin. The grapes steep for eight weeks in high-proof gin before being pressed. The gin immediately takes on a violet color and the sweetness of the ripe grapes.
Botanicals: Juniper, Pepper, Shiraz Grapes, Coriander, Cardamom, Cassia, Anise, Lavender, Angelica, Lemon, Orange.
