This Santa Maria edition received its second maturation in ex-Chenin Blanc wine casks, which imparted a particularly refined note to the rum. Distilled in 2009, this rum was able to develop its aromas remarkably during its long maturation. In August 2022, this exclusive bottling was finally released in a limited edition of just 921 bottles.
