The Blue Mauritius Gold is a blend of the finest flavors from Mauritius, which was released in 2012.
It is produced from local sugarcane molasses. The maturation takes place for less than a year in Port wine casks from South Africa.
To avoid filtration with small microns, cold filtration is used. This can lead to small deposits.
